EXERCISE OF THE WEEK

ANTERIOR TIBIALIS STRENGTHENING

Keep shoulder blades and gluteals against wall. Heels should be 6 inches away from the wall. Tap toes up and down until shins become fatigued. 2 sets of 20 repetitions.
